The Glen Ellyn Golden Eagles Youth Football program is a founding member of the Bill George Youth Football League (BGYFL). Beginning in 1963, the Golden Eagles youth football program has a long and storied history of developing players for high school. Comprised of separate tackle and flag divisions, both allow players to learn and develop the fundamentals of football, teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership in a supervised, organized and safe atmosphere.
The tackle program is a competitive travel program that participates in the BGYFL against teams from surrounding communities. The flag program is an in-house instructional program for players in 1st through 6th grades which compete against each other.
