How to Register
High School Team (9th-12th Grade)
Middle School Team (7th/8th Grade)
Elementary School Team (5th/6th Grade)
Rookie (3rd/4th Grade)
We are part of the Glen Ellyn Park District and all children must be registered with the Park District Program online. Please note there is a deadline for registration after which a late fee of $50 will be charged by the Park District. A $75 fee will be charged for cancellations after this date. Your child also needs to be registered with USA Rugby via the Rugby Illinois website. If you have any problems please contact Penny Russell on 630-432-2807 or by email glenellynyouthrugby@gmail.com.
Step 1
- All Players must be registered with USA Rugby, this is done through the Rugby Illinois website (click on Rugby Illinois image below).
- On the Rugby Illinois website, select Resources from the main menu, then Register, then Register Players. Continue to follow on screen instructions which will include registration with Sports Engine, the official provider of the Rugby Illinois website.
- Please ensure you register your child for the relevant club for their grade, as follows:
- High School grades 9-12 register with Glen Ellyn High School RFC ($50)
- Middle School grades 5-8 register with Glen Ellyn Youth Rugby ($40)
- Rookie grades 3-4 register with Glen Ellyn Rookie Rugby ($5)
- Remember to have medical insurance details to hand
Step 2
- Visit the Glen Ellyn Park District site (click on image below) and register your child for the relevant grade – all forms are on line and payment is to be made at the time of registration.
