- Standard cleats (soccer or football) – your son will be running a fair amount.
- A lacrosse stick (called a crosse) – there is a difference between boys and girls.
- A helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads and gloves. You can rent this equipment for a season. If you like the sport then you can purchase at the end of the season.
We recommend you purchase a lacrosse stick and a helmet but you can rent this as well.
